  10. {Get 1 tsp of Jeera(cumin) seeds.
  11. {Take 1 tsp of Garam masala.

  13. {Make ready 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  14. {Make ready 1 tsp of dhaniya ( coriander)powder.
  15. {Prepare 1 tsp of kasoori methi.
  16. {Get 1 tsp of Fresh Coriander leaves.

Instructions to make Dal Makhani:

  1. Wash thoroughly Black lentils 2 to 3 times and soak it for 6 to 8 hours.After soaking again wash it thoroughly and pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles..
  2. Chopped onion, garlic, ginger.Take 3 tomatoes and make puree..
  3. Now take 2 tbsp ghee in Pan add zeera add ginger,garlic, chillies and onion cook on low flame for about 4 to 5 mins.
  4. Now add tomato puree and let it cook on low flame again for 5 to 8 minutes then add all dry masalas and add 1 tsp of butter to the cooked gravy..
  5. Lastly add dal and stir continously otherwise will stick to the pan cook for about 5 mins till everything gets mixed properly lastly add cream (as per your taste) to dal and mix properly. Dal is ready to serve..
