Steps to make Dal Makhani:

  1. Take some whole black urad dal soak it for over night &wash it properly.Put some water in pressure cooker & put the soakdal in it.Than put a big cadamom,some salt,&butter in it&give it 4-5 whistle &then cook it on slow flame for 5-7mints.open the lid & take out the black cadamom from it.Madh the dal with the madher..
  2. Keep another pan on the flame,add some butter-ghee finely chopped garlic,greenchilli,redchilli powder in it.Take some tomatoes, boil them &remove skin &then griend the boiled tomatoes.Put the tomato puree &some salt in the pan &cook it well..
  3. When the tomatoes releases oil,put the boiled dal &some water in it then cover it&cook it for atleast 10 mints&turn ofg the flame.put dome butter,ghee on tadka pan put some dried red chillies,Dried fenugrerk leaves garam masala powder&red chillipowder..
  4. Put the tadka on the dal.Dal Makhani will get ready.Garnish it with some fresh cream serve it..
