- Add ghee in a pan.let it heat and fry ginger, garlic and onion till getting brown..
- In a mixer jaar add chopped tomatoes and fried onions and etc in it and grind it Finley. Fry all khadda masala in ghee.
- Add grinded material in pan and saute it. Add red chilli powder and lil bit salt also. Mix it and saute it..
- Add masala in boiled daal and garnis it with butter and coriander leaves..
