  1. Soak black lentil for overnight in 3 glasses of water.
  2. Presurre cook the dal upto 3-4 whistles on high flame and den lower the flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a pan add 2 tbsp refined oil and den onion saute it untill it turns pink.
  4. Now add tomatoes, chillies, ginger garlic paste and add red chilly powder, salt and coriander powder cook untill tomatoes gets softens.
  5. Blend this mixture in a blender or mixer to make fine consistency puree.
  6. Now add this puree into dal stir it properly untill its bottom stick to the wok Be careful dont leave dal keep stirring..
  7. Now add cream n switch off the flame. Stir it after 10mins..
  8. For tempering take a pan add desi ghee n ginger jullienes and degi mirch and kitchen king masala.. add this to tempering to dal.
  9. Ready to Eat. Serve it with Naan, masala onions or jeera rice or chapati.
