- {Get 1 tsp of Kasturi methi.

- {Take 1 tbsp of amul butter.
- {Prepare As needed of Refined oil.
- {Get 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- {Take 1/2 tsp of lal kutti mirch(red chilli powder).
- {Take Pinch of hing/asafoetida.
Instructions to make Dal makhani:
- Pour 5 cup of water in pressure cooker then add urad dal and rajma. Close pressure cooker and Keep it on the medium flame till 8-9whistle.cook it until dal and rajma is cooked well..
- Take a kadhai on medium flame then heat the oil. Add some cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds crackle you can add half table spoon ginger paste and stir for sometime then add 2 grinded Onions, chopped green chillies stir it. Add two Tomato grinded. Then fry for some Times.add 1 table spoon gram masala. Salt as your taste. Add half table spoon red chilli powder,half table spoon lal kutti mirch,half table spoon kitchen king masala,pinch of hing,1/4 Black pepper powder stir it..
- Once the masala is ready mix this masala with dal in pressure cooker Then add some fresh cream. This will make Your dal makhani creamy and delicious. Cook it on low medium flame 10-15 minutes. Your dal is ready.before serving put some butter and Kasturi methi in prepared dal makhani..
