Steps to make Mayo Pasta:

1. In pan add water with salt, vinegar and oil boil it. When water starts boiling add pasta boil it till soft. Then drain the water and keep aside..
2. In other pan add oil heat it. Then add onion fry for 2 min the add tomato fry for 2 min then add finely chopped garlic and ginger fry for 1 min after that add salt, red chilli powder, ketchup and soy sauce mix well. Now add boiled pasta mix well cook for 5 mins then switch off the gas flame..
3. Now add mayonnaise mix well serve hot pasta garnish with coriander leaves and Chilli flakes (optional)..
