- {Prepare 1 tsp of Black Soya sauce.

- {Get 1 tsp of Butter.
- {Take 1 tsp of Fresh coriander leaves.
- {Take as needed of Fresh Cream.
Steps to make Dal makhani:
- Soak for 4 -5hrs,boil with salt, water and ginger garlic paste for 20 min at medium flame.
- Finely chop onion,ginger garlic and make tomato and green chilli paste.
- In a kadai take butter and oil melt and mix ginger garlic and onion.
- Cook till brown add salt,red chilli and add tomato paste.
- Cook till oil seperateand mix in a boiled dal again for 2 whistle pressure cooker it.
- Take out in kadai and mix curd and cream mixture and cook for 5 minute.
- Add soya sauce and cook for 1 min,add freah coriander. Garnish with fresh cream,fresh coriander and butter,serve with laccha paratha.
