  20. Repeat for the other piece..
  21. Place the loaves into a loaf pan. Let them proof for a 2nd time for 1 hour..
  22. After 1 hour, preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the loaves with egg wash..
  23. Bake for 30-35 mins in a preheated oven at 180°C..
