  1. Sabse phele rajma ko boil karein bay leaves,cinnamon stick, clove, butter,salt daalkar.
  2. Ab ginger se lekar bay leaves tak sab ka paste banaye.
  3. Ab ek pan mein ghee garam karein or onion daalkar pink hone tak pakaye. Ab ginger garlic ka paste daale or pink karein fir red chilli powder or tomato puree daale or oil niklne tak pakaye.ab turmeric powder aamchur powder salt daalkar mix karein.
  4. Ab boil dal rajma ko daal de achii tarah mix karke cream ko daalkar slow flame par red hone tak pakne de. Ab rajma ka bacha hua pani daal de ek boil aane par 10 min cover lagakar pakne de.
  5. Ab dish ko serving bowl mein nikalkar uppar se butter or coriander leaves se decorate karein.
