- Now we will Prepare the tadka for dal. Take oil in pan and add thin sliced onion to it. Add sliced tomato once onion turns pink..
- Let it roast well. Once the oil separates from it, add haldi powder, chilli powder and saute the masala.
- Add boiled dal to the tadka and sprinkle garam masala and coriander powder ronit and give a good boil..
- Move the dal to a bowl and garnish with fresh cream, butter and coriander leaves..
- Serve it hot with naan, chapati or rice..
