- Take a pan and add butter, then turn on the stove and add tomato puree to it. Add salt to taste, res chilli powder and garlic cloves/garlic butter to it..
- Boil the black lentils and kidney beans (no worries if over cooked, infact that will give better flavour)..
- Now after 30-35 minutes of tomato puree being cooked add black lentils and kidney beans in it..
- Let it cook for 30-35 minutes and lastly add fresh Cream, cook it for 15 minutes more. Now it's ready to serve with kulcha/rice.
