  6. Fir usme ginger garlic paste dalenge usko 2 min bhunenge.
  7. Fir usme tomato puree dal kar bhunenge.
  8. Jab oil separate hone lage to usme garammasala kasoori methi red chilli powder dalenge usko bhunenge.
  9. Jab oil separate ho jaye to usme paki hui dal dalenge usko mix krenge.
  10. Fir usme cream dal kar gas ko sim kar denge thodi der baad gas ko off kar denge.dal makkhani is ready..
  11. Serve krte time usme uper se makkhan cream or dhania dal kar serve karein.
