- Fold the 2inch top dough over the fillings and start to braid crisscrossing the strips you have made.(place one strip of dough one side over another on the other side). Continue to braid down the dough, until the loaf is formed..
- Fold the bottom part over the fillings and crisscross the remaining strips over the folded dough, then pinch the dough to secure it..
- Sprinkle some flour to the pan, and grease a little butter. Lift the braided loaves gently to the pan, and leave to rise for another 30mins..
- Preheat your oven to 350°c and baked about 20-25mins, until golden brown..
- Greaze the top with butter for a shiny look..
