  2. Soak overnight..
  3. After soaking.
  4. Heat a cooker & add soaked moong, 2 cups water, ½ tsp salt & Haldi powder..
  5. Pressure cook, give 6 whistles on high flame..
  6. After 6 whistles switch off the flame and let it cool completely..
  7. Mix well..
  8. Heat a pan with oil. Add jeera, rai & Hing..
  9. Add garlic & ginger fry 2 to 3 min for medium flame.
  10. Add onion & green chilli fry 3 mins..
  11. Add tomato puree..
  12. Add dhaniya,chilli & fry for 2 mins..
  13. Add boiled moong & 1 cup water & mix well.
  14. After boiled add garam masala, ½ salt & kasuri methi & mix well.
  15. Add fresh malai & mix well..
  16. Add fresh coriander leaves..
