- {Get 1/2 tbsp of Redchilly powder.

- {Prepare 1 cup of Coriander leaves.

Instructions to make Dal makhani:
- Firstly take a cup of whole black gram dal and rajma and soak it over night.
- Now add dala to pressure cook and take 5 whistles 1 on high flame and remaining 4 on slo flame.
- Now take a heavy bottom pan add clarified butter to it,add cumin seeds,chopped onions and cook them till soft now add tomato and tomato puree and cook them till ghee seprates.now add turmeric powder, redchilly powder,butter,salt,garam masala,and fresh cream,bring it to boil on slow flame...
- I another pan prepare tadka with a pan adding clarified butter to it and add chopped garlic and gren chilli now add curry leaves sum turmeric and redchilly powder and add tadka to boiling dal.
- For serving take bowl add dal garnish with coriander and butter and amul fresh creame.
