Instructions to make Pad Thai:

  1. Pad Thai sauce: Heat the pan and pour cooking oil, add palm sugar. Cook until melt and change color. Then add water, tamarind purée and fish sauce. Mix together.
  2. Rice noodles: Boil water, put rice noodle and cook for about 3-5 minutes. (Depends on how thick and hard the noodles are). Set aside..
  3. In a pan, heat cooking oil then cook prawns until cooked. Then removed it. In the same pan, add chopped shallots, garlic, dried ebi and tofu (if it’s dry, please add a bit water). Cook until it changed color, then add rice noodles and sauce. Put on high heat. Mix everything.
